The Feds have ordered a MN bus company out of service after the bus company allowed a passenger with an unknown driving background to drive a busload of passengers from Tomah, WI to Edina, MN, a total of about 180 miles. The scheduled driver had taken ill. This action resulted in a complaint and subsequent investigation revealed a laundry list of violations including dangerous buses, lack of proper inspection and maintenance, and dangerous drivers. The government filed the Out of Service action on June 20, 2014. You can read the full document by clicking here.
